Apply today About the role Responsable de conformité Le responsable de la conformité devra assurer la conformité des opérations à tous les permis, licences, approbations et ententes en matière d’environnement ainsi que la conformité réglementaire avec les divers organismes de réglementation pertinents.  Le titulaire supervise la mise en œuvre et l’application de toutes les procédures liées aux obligations réglementaires, aux programmes internes et externes ainsi qu’aux exigences des clients. Le responsable de la conformité effectue des audits internes et externes et exécute des mesures correctives pour assurer une conformité complète avec les diverses instances réglementaires. Le responsable de la conformité devra travailler en étroite collaboration avec tous les départements, incluant la conformité environnementale corporative. L’intégration des tâches se fera d’une façon graduelle. Responsabilités Assurer la conformité des procédures et politiques internes (transport, douanes et autres); Rester informé et proactif envers les changements apportés aux règlements, aux classifications, aux exigences en matière d’exportation et environnementales; Agir à titre d’auditeur interne; Participer à la gestion de non-conformité du matériel reçu; Participer activement ou coordonner les audits de clients, fournisseurs et des autorités dans leurs audits et faire le suivi des mesures correctives et préventives recommandées; Participer à la gestion des programmes de formation; Participer à la rédaction des rapports requis par le Ministère de l'Environnement et de la Lutte contre les Changements Climatique (MELCC) Préparer la rédaction des modifications des autorisations ministérielles (matières dangereuses résiduelles et matières résiduelles non dangereuses) et des demandes d’avis auprès du MELCC Participer à la gestion de la sécurité du bâtiment; Effectue toutes autres tâches assignées par l'équipe de gestion Coordonner avec l’équipe SSE la mise en œuvre des programmes SSE et de conformité de Reworld Examen par les pairs de tous les programmes de sécurité pour déterminer s’ils sont adéquats, conformes et définir les possibilités d’amélioration; Assure et surveille la conformité des fournisseurs aux normes de Reworld; Aider les autres équipes (opération, transport, chimistes, opérations et ventes) à résoudre les problèmes; Identifier les risques de conformité, résoudre les problèmes de conformité et veiller à ce que des plans d’action soient élaborés et mis en œuvre; Mettre à jour le système de contrôle interne de la qualité (rédiger des procédures, préparer des formulaires d’audit, effectuer des audits internes, etc.); Assurer la conformité des documents du site de Chambly, tels que les procédures, les politiques, les SOP et les formulaires; Soutenir le processus d’enquête et veiller à ce que des plans de correction soient mis en place, communiqués et suivis; Mettre en œuvre et suivre tous les programmes de vérification interne; ** 18 Mois contras** Compétences requises : Bac en science ou expérience de travail équivalente Excellentes aptitudes en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et en français Capable de respecter des délais serrés et de rester calme malgré la pression Excellent sens de l’organisation, de planification et de gestion des priorités Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse Esprit d’équipe Connaissance des diverses lois et réglementations applicables à la gestion des déchets et au transport de matières dangereuses Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office Expérience dans les audits de conformité ou en gestion de l’environnement (un atout) Formation ou expérience pertinente en qualité et en gestion de l’environnement (un atout) Années d’expérience : 3 années ou plus d’expérience en tant que professionnel de la sécurité et/ou de l’environnement ENGLISH VERSION: Environmental Compliance Lead The compliance lead will be responsible for ensuring that all permits, licenses, approvals and environmental agreements are complied with as well as regulatory compliance with various relevant regulatory authorities. The incumbent oversees the implementation and enforcement of all procedures related to regulatory obligations, internal and external programs as well as customer requirements. The compliance lead conducts internal and external audits and implements corrective actions to ensure full compliance with various regulatory authorities. The compliance lead will work closely with all departments, including corporate environmental compliance. The integration of tasks will be done in a gradual manner. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies (related to the transportation, customs and other). Stay informed and proactive about any changes to regulations, classifications and to export and environmental requirements. Act as internal auditor. Assist in the management of received materials that are not in compliance. Assist all customers, suppliers and authorities in their audits and track all recommended improvements implementation. Participate in the management of training programs. Help draft reports required by the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change (MELCC) Prepare the drafting of modifications to ministerial permits (residual hazardous materials and non-hazardous residual materials) and requests from the MELCC. Participate in building safety management. Performs all other tasks assigned by the management team Coordinates with EH&S corporate team the implementation of EH&S and Compliance programs from Reworld Peer review of all safety programs for adequacy, compliance, and improvement opportunity. Insures and monitors supplier’s compliance to Reworld’s standards Assists other teams (operation, transportation, chemists, sales) in resolving issues. Identify compliance risks, resolve compliance issues and ensure that action plans are developed and implemented. Updating the internal quality control system (writing procedures, preparing audit forms, conducting internal audits, etc.) Ensure compliance of all documentations such as procedures, policies, SOP, forms for Chambly’s site. Support the investigation process and ensure that corrective plans are put in place, communicated and followed. Implement and follow all internal audit programs.
