Location: Yorkdale Boutique, North York, ONReports to: Operations ManagerContract: Full-time and permanent positionYour role @ Chanel:The Stock Support will effectively perform administrative and back of house duties in support of a variety of assigned functions required for the Boutique and the Head Office, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation and teamwork at all times.What impact you can create at Chanel: Ensure the back of house areas are kept clean and tidy at all timesAssisting with back of house operations such as, receive, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence; preparation and organization of boutique inventoriesEnsuring Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stockedPrepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as neededCommunicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as requiredProvide the highest level of customer service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to requests from Clients, Boutique Management and Head OfficeWork effectively and efficiently within the team, ensuring memos and information notices are current and posted in each areas and staff roomApply a helpful and courteous manner towards all colleagues, remaining reliable, supportive and flexible as the business demandsEnsure absolute confidentiality of the Company’s commercial activities and internal affairs at all timesWhat you will bring to the role: Experience in customer service and stock management; Experience in retail is an asset.Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential)Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communicate skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyWilling to work retail business hours which include weekends and flexible to business demands, including some out of hours as required.Professional presentation and behaviourYou are energised by: A fast-paced work environmentMaking a visible contribution to the success of a teamWhat you would gain from this experience: The opportunity to work with a fun, creative and passionate brand;The opportunity to support and contribute to the back of house.Competitive base salary of up to $55kCAD annually + bonusBenefits at CHANEL:Our employee benefits have been created to support you across your professional and personal life by offering you:Health & Wellness – Private medical and dental insurance, long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
