Determine what is the right choice for you as there are options- we have remote jobs where you stay in camp starting as early as early-mid January and jobs that are more localized to the Edmonton and Calgary area that allows you to be home every day. Duration and shift rotations are TBA for now but typically are either a 6/1 or a 24/4. Recruiters will begin making calls six weeks prior to the execution dates for the different events so please apply soon, and keep an eye out for further communicationsResponsibilities:Layout, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems which carry water, steam, chemicals, or fuel used in heating, cooling, lubricating and other processes.Demonstrate knowledge of functional operation of various piping system components by measuring, cutting, threading, grooving, and bending of pipes, valves, and fittings.Use testing equipment effectively to check for system leaks and troubleshoot fitting errors. Position Qualifications:Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red SealSatisfactory completion of a Pre-Access Drug and Alcohol Test CSTS 09 or CSOConfined SpaceH2S AliveFall ProtectionBasic RiggingOther Tickets may be required; to be determined by scope.
