Produce Clerk

To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our Lake Country Co-op brand to life, visit us at .Reporting to the Produce Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.• Unload freight and ensure produce is properly stored and displayed.• Prepare products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records.• Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department.• Procure, receive, and display product with a focus on well-organized, visually appealing presentation.• Follow all Food Safe and Health and Safety regulations and practices.• Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf; follow first in, first out (FIFO).• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.• Perform all other duties as assigned.• Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility, and Respect.Why It Matters: Our Lake Country Co-op team provides a range of products and services to support our 54,680 member-owners in 20 different communities.
