Cook Required to Work at Multiple Seniors' Living FacilitiesSince 1960 Green Acres Foundation has provided affordable homes and care services for senior citizens in Southern Alberta. We believe quality of life matters. That is why we are creating senior living communities with a focus on independence, affordability, quality care and connection.Our food services are of the highest quality, and we are currently looking for an experienced cook to join our team.Once selected, the successful applicant will enjoy competitive wages, not having to work late at night, and not working as a line cook.Applicants should have a great sense of teamwork, a flexible, willing, and positive attitude, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and spoken English. They should also possess provincial certification in food safety and hygiene, Standard First Aid certification, and a current satisfactory Criminal Record Check.About the position:This is a casual term position with an unknown end date. This position offers full-time hours. Applicants must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.Shifts to cover in this position are: 6am to 2pm, 8am to 12pm, 10:30am to 6:30pm, and 5:30am-1:30pm. The successful candidate must be able to work in Picture Butte and Lethbridge, so a driver's license and reliable vehicle are an asset.
