We have an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Edson team Key Position Functions: Provide a strong commitment to customer service while successfully meeting customer requirements and following company guidelines and best practices. Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers to increase sales of company products and/or services. Field incoming customer orders and inquiries for thermal wellhead and gate valve equipment and service requirements. Originate the order process and oversee to completion stage. Ensure Purchase Orders and Sales Deliveries are generated for required equipment orders within the ERP system. Enter notifications for the Branch into the ERP system. Generate stock order requests, transfers and receiving functions. Create and design wellhead quotations in a timely manner. Request and compile information from Stream-Flo departments and internal customers. Collect and organize well information; maintain well files and Field Service records. Work in conjunction with other groups and members such as Edmonton Inside Sales and Calgary Sales for quotes and project-based equipment. Assist with annual inventory count. On call responsibilities. Perform other related duties as required.  Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following qualifications: Minimum of a High School Diploma. Related post-secondary/technical diploma is an asset. Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.  Excellent communication (oral and written), team, and organizational skills.  Knowledge of wellhead equipment, drilling and completion operations preferred.  Familiarity with manufacturing process and Engineering drawings and specifications is an asset. High proficiency with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and ERP software such as SAP. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and be accurate with a high attention to detail. Valid Class 5 driver’s license, non-GDL; must be able to provide a current driver’s abstract. In order to meet customer site access safety requirements, applicants must participate in an alcohol and drug test and show compliance with Stream-Flo’s Alcohol and Drug Policy before being considered eligible for hire.
