Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and manage overall test strategy for SAP migration to Azure, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelinesCoordinate SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing across multiple SAP modules and integrated systemsEnsure compliance with BFSI regulatory, security, and audit requirements in all test plans and executionManage test environments and data provisioning, including defect triage and resolution trackingOversee automation frameworks (e.g., Tricentis, CBTA) for SAP workloads to improve efficiency and coverageCollaborate with BASIS, security, and integration teams for end-to-end validation of migration activitiesTrack and report KPIs such as defect density, pass rates, and test coverage to stakeholdersSign off on cutover readiness and conduct post-migration validation to ensure system stability and complianceQualifications & SkillsExperience8+ years in QA leadership roles, with at least 3 years in SAP testing and cloud migration projectsTechnical ExpertiseStrong knowledge of SAP modules, Azure cloud platform, and automation tools (Tricentis, CBTA)Domain KnowledgeBFSI regulatory compliance and audit standardsSoft SkillsExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesCertifications (Preferred)SAP Testing, ISTQB, or Cloud-related certificationsEssential SkillsCanada Life is seeking an experienced QA Test Lead to drive the quality assurance strategy for our SAP migration to AzureThe role will ensure seamless migration, compliance with BFSI standards, and robust testing across all SAP modulesKeywordsDigital: Cloud Application MigrationExperience Required10+ yearsRequirementsSailpoint
