Interactive Entertainment (WBIE), seeks a Senior Programmer, Pipeline.Your New Role…In this role, your main mission will be to improve our animation pipelines through the development and maintenance of tools and scripts. As such, you will work closely with the animation and character teams to identify opportunities for automation and optimization, ensuring smoother workflows and faster delivery. You will help us evaluate new technologies, contribute to pipeline development, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure artists have the tools they need to deliver high-quality assets efficiently and within technical constraints.Your Role Accountabilities...Work closely with the leaders and the team to teams to identify pipeline tooling needs.Develop improvements to art pipelines and workflows.Write python scripts for Maya, Motion Builder and Unreal Engine 5.Maintain and continuously improve tools to improve production efficiency.Create clear documentation and guides to train art teams on tool use.Qualifications & Experience…5+ years of experience in a similar technical position for a game AAA title.Excellent teamwork skills. Able to communicate and collaborate across disciplines effectively.Advanced Python language skills.Knowledge of C++ is desired plus.A solid technical understanding of Maya and Motion Builder is required.Experience with Unreal Engine is required.Must have a strong drive to learn new tools and systems and troubleshoot when things don’t work.Demonstrated ability to coordinate and problem solve complex tasks with many moving pieces.Able to self-manage and meet deadlines while setting a professional and collaborative tone.
