This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on inventory accuracy, process improvement, and team supervision.Benefits/perks•Competitive salary • Performance bonus• Company benefits• Team environment• Stable weekday schedule with flexible hours• High-impact position with automation and improvement projects• Opportunity to lead and improve warehouse operationsKey Responsibilities• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and safety compliance (OHSA)• Supervise 4–6 warehouse team members• Full Inventory management • Maintain hands-on presence on the warehouse floor• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping• Lead cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies• Track KPIs (inventory accuracy, productivity, labour efficiency)• Support inbound and outbound logistics and freight coordination• Identify and implement warehouse and inventory process improvementsRequirements• 3–5 years experience in warehouse operations and inventory management• Prior role focused on inventory control and accuracy• Experience with high-volume SKUs, container shipments, or project inventory• Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory best practices• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office• Hands-on leader, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
