We are seeking an individual passionate about creating a sensory oasis within our beauty space this holiday season. The Fundamentals of What You’ll Do: Guest Experience & Hosting : Prioritize each guest as if they were a cherished guest in your home, extending warm hospitality and offering a sensorial experience that fosters genuine connections. Keep an Open Mind : Welcome feedback openly, presume positive intentions, and maintain a growth-oriented mindset.  Let Success Drive You: Support & assist with all store operations, policies, and procedures, you are encouraged to take the initiative by solving problems and putting the customer's needs first. Foster a Team Culture: Offer direction, mentorship, and encouragement to your colleagues cultivating a team culture that is both positive and inclusive. Communicate with Intent:    Collaborate and be varied with communication styles as well as individual personalities within the team. We value hearing from individuals who possess: Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving ability. Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment Mindset focused on customer satisfaction (internal and external customers) Interest in skincare, body care and fragrance is beneficial.
