You will be expected to perform consistent patrols and interact with the public to provide good customer service and keep the Clients and visitors safe. Applicants who are not immunized or are otherwise unable to provide their MMR-V immunity at the time of hire will not be deemed eligible for the position. French is considered an assetAbility to perform physically demanding tasks (extensive patrolling, restraints, etc.)6+ months previous security experience is preferredPrevious healthcare/healthcare security experience is considered an assetMust be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the positionPlease be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availabilityAuthorized to legally work in Canada Certification Requirements (All) Valid Ontario Security License First Aid, CPR Level C
