LPN and RN Responsibilities and Duties: Must be willing to travel to 2 of the following communities for 2 hours shifts: Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, Maple Ridge, and Mission. Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer Provide Delegations of Task or other training to care team. Assess client needs and report back to Care Designer with recommendation on complex care plans Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practising safely and competently within the job description Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly Specific Nursing Roles: Home Care Nurses: Provide clinical care to our clients, delegate tasks to the Care Team, perform assessments, and provide nursing and personal hygiene care as required. Must have 1+ year nursing experience, including basic wound care, assessments, vitals tracking, and coordinating care. Flexible schedule where you provide at least 2 days per week (10 hours per week) availability, including weekends and evenings. Facilities Role: provide shift sick and vacation coverage for Facilities who contract with us on an as needed basis.LPNs and RNs desired for 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 7 days per week in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Maple Ridge. Requirements At least 2 days per week of availability totalling 10 hours per week of availability to work. Class 5 Drivers Licence & reliable transportation. Double COVID Vaccination required Current LPN or RN licence in BC TB test within 2 years First Aid with CPR Hospital, home care and palliative care experience is an asset Excellent written and verbal English skills.Other languages an asset.
