You will support upper management in building, inspiring, and developing high-performing front- and back-of-house teams while consistently upholding Oliver & Bonacini’s established and highly regarded systems, standards, and procedures.You will be empowered to take meaningful ownership of daily operations and actively contribute to driving the O&B vision—helping set our venues apart through operational excellence, a strong team culture, and the delivery of a warm, welcoming, and truly rave-worthy guest experience.Support operational leadership and oversight of the restaurant and club, ensuring smooth execution across staffing, security, venue flow, guest experience, and entertainment programmingMaintain in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings throughout the venue, supporting the development and management of a rave-worthy, revenue-driven beverage and bar programAssist in shaping the vision and direction for live entertainment and events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver a dynamic calendar of DJs, live music, and special events that engage guests and enhance the brandServe as a key relationship builder, fostering connections with guests, performers, partners, team members, and senior leadership while motivating staff to consistently exceed expectationsMentor and support the leadership team, promoting a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance across all departmentsAssist in monitoring the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, sales analysis, payroll oversight, invoicing, inventory management, and reporting to the Director of OperationsAnalyze operational data, guest feedback, and business trends to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with all health, safety, liquor licensing, employment standards, and security regulations while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-managed venueAct as a brand ambassador for the restaurant and club, representing the business professionally internally and externally and contributing to community engagementOther duties as requiredQualificationsProgressive management experience in the hospitality industry; high-volume bar or lounge experience considered a strong assetStrong understanding of fine-dining service standards and the ability to consistently uphold excellenceAdvanced knowledge of wine, cocktails, and beverage programs, with a passion for quality, creativity, and innovationCollaborative leadership style, with a commitment to building and empowering strong, high-performing teamsAbility to stay current with nightlife trends, guest preferences, and competitive landscapes to help deliver unique and engaging experiencesSelf-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial, with a focus on supporting sales growth and contributing to the development of the Sub Rosa brandHighly detail-oriented, guest-focused, and deeply passionate about hospitality and service excellenceStrong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members and support a culture of accountability and engagementValid ProServe CertificationLegally eligible to work in CanadaAdditional InformationThis is a current vacancy- estimated start date: January / February 2026.Salary Range: $55,000- $62,000AI DisclosureTo ensure a fair and efficient recruitment process, some aspects of candidate screening may be conducted using AI software.
