Team Manager- Production Control

Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline. (Successful candidates will be required to provide proof of degree completion for the highest level of education attained. If the degree was obtained from a school outside of Canada, an Education Credential Assessment report showing Canadian equivalency is also required).Experience:5 -10 years' experience in production control or inventory management.2+ years' experience as a supervisor in manufacturing.Preferred Requirements:Education: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Operations, Transportation & Logistics, Supply Chain Management & Information Systems, Applied Engineering Science, or Business management.Experience:Familiarity with Ford material management systems, including Common Manufacturing Management System (CMMS), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CPARs), Standard Material Flow (SMF), On-Board Logistics (OBL), and related support systems is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with plant hourly and salaried personnel, plant management, logistics carriers, and production suppliers.Highly developed analytical abilities and sound, rapid decision-making capabilities.Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and manage crises when necessary.Proficiency in standard office software, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
