What we look for: Ensures the correct procedures are followed related to contraventions of the Rental Agreement, while following PIPEDA and the Collection and Debt Settlement Services Act. Inbound and outbound calls from account holders and assisting in resolving their delinquent accounts, by means of payment arrangements in full, settlements as well as payment plans. Contacts delinquent tenants through skip tracing techniques, by means of phone, email, or mail, with the purpose of requesting and collecting monies owing to Skyline. Meet and exceed monthly performance targets. Superior multi-tasking and organizational skills while remaining detail orientated. Able to be proactive with good problem solving skills, judgment and innovation. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with an enthusiasm for working with the public. Capable of operating under pressure and meeting deadlines. Knowledge of residential property management and/or real estate is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Minimum 2 to 3 years post-secondary education; OR 2 years of relevant and equivalent workplace experience; OR Any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
