Our product design teams, home office and stores are all based in Canada.Job DescriptionReports to: Visual Presentation ManagerWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Presentation Specialist to support the planning and execution of seasonal visual direction while ensuring brand consistency across all stores. This role works closely with the Visual Presentation Manager and Visual Supervisor to develop, communicate, and execute visual presentation standards aligned with brand objectives and strategies.ResponsibilitiesLead the creation of monthly mock store setups in alignment with the Visual Presentation Manager and brand strategiesStyle all mannequins and create key seasonal looks that reflect current trends and brand directionMaintain ongoing communication with Planning, Allocation, and Merchandising teams to track merchandise flow, late arrivals, and cancellationsCreate and manage processes with Marketing partners to ensure floor sets meet all visual and marketing requirementsProvide input on strategic store plans, events, and visual presentation kits for store teamsSupport and execute all visual presentation projects from concept through completionLead competitive retail research and deliver trend recaps and market analysis to the visual team.QualificationsWhat You BringA strong creative eye and passion for visual storytellingAbility to perform physical, hands-on visual workA collaborative, team-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsQualifications and CompetenciesCollege diploma in a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in visual merchandising, visual planning, or fashion retailProficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suitebilingual.
