Responsibilities: Legal research and drafting letters, memos, pleadings, and contracts in relation to the statutes, regulations, rules, and regulatory requirements. Project work of a legal nature, and participating in meetings with in-house lawyers and internal clients.Provide legal support and assistance in relation to applications, hearings, regulatory appeals, enforcement matters, contract reviews, and in proceedings before the hearing commissioners or Courts.
