The role involves actively supporting self-service analytics by onboarding users, improving dashboard usability, assisting with forecasting and reporting tools that help Marketing teams make better day-to-day decisions. Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for Own and maintain self-service analytics tools, including user access, documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement Coordinate and onboard users onto analytics platform, ensuring high adoption, correct usage, and ongoing engagement Develop solid functional knowledge of internal analytics tools and datasets Design, build, and support forecasting models for marketing performance, spend optimization, and budgeting processes Redesign and enhance dashboards and reports to improve usability, clarity Combine data from multiple sources to create unified, analytics-ready datasets Support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new tools, dashboards, and data products Partner closely with stakeholders in the Marketing department to understand requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights Present analyses, dashboards, and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders Act as a bridge between data teams and business users, ensuring alignment on definitions, metrics, and expectations Sound a-peeling?
