You will accomplish this by presenting a holistic approach, helping people to engage in activities that they enjoy. You will encourage building connections and relationships, and you will promote and encourage learning and development in their daily living, building life skills.QualificationsNo experience required Grade 12 or equivalency is requiredExperience, education, or training in the Disability Sector is an assetExperience working or volunteering in Human Services is an asset Have good written and verbal communication skillsBe caring, compassionate, patient, respectful, and understanding.Practice privacy and confidentialityValid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle, willingness to transport person supported required Clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry and satisfactory Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector.
