Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Representative is accountable to respond to customer inquiries, marketing credit products and services, and supporting the branch team in a professional and courteous manner. What You'll Do: Under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager, monitors accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits. Reconciles cheque and credit card payments daily. Receives and posts payments to customer accounts – while ensuring 100% accuracy. Prints Daily Reports as required under Policy and Procedures including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”. Maintains confidential office records and files covering daily transactions made at the facility that includes customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices. Completes administrative correspondence. Assists with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory. Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards. What You'll Bring: 1+ years of customer service experience. Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Previous SAP experience, an asset. Ready to make an impact with us?
