If you enjoy bringing clarity, discipline, and continuous improvement to engineering change management processes, this role is for you. Why You’ll Love Working Here: ORBCOMM’s Engineering organization is seeking a driven and collaborative Engineering Change Analyst to support the release of new products and the sustainment of existing ones. You’ll be a key partner to Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams—ensuring engineering changes are processed accurately, product lifecycles are maintained, and systems remain audit-ready. This role offers hands-on ownership, cross-functional exposure, and the opportunity to influence how products move from design to production and beyond. This role is based out of our Ottawa, Ontario office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite at our Kanata office, with the option to work remotely for up to two (2) days per week.What You’ll Do:Process day-to-day Engineering Changes, including ECRs, ECOs, and ECNsTriage and manage Product Change NoticesMaintain and govern Product Lifecycle statuses within the PLM systemProvide Engineering documentation support for new product releases and sustaining productsTriage off-the-shelf components that are discontinued or approaching end of lifeMaintain accurate product structures, documentation, and lifecycle dataTrain and support new Agile PLM usersPartner cross-functionally to ensure changes are properly reviewed, approved, and implementedWho You Are:You’re an organized, proactive team player who brings structure to complexity and enjoys enabling others through strong processes.
