Vice President of Sales

The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and expanding our presence across new and existing markets. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B sales leadership—preferably within the staffing sector—and a proven ability to execute long-term growth strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of a company-wide sales strategy aligned with growth objectives. Build, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed performance targets. Identify new business opportunities across industries and geographic regions. Cultivate and expand high-level client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers. Collaborate closely with the executive and recruitment teams to align sales goals with delivery capabilities. Monitor and analyze sales metrics, pipeline performance, and market trends to inform business decisions. Represent Arise Talent Hub at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and market reach. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with 5+ years in a senior leadership or VP-level role. Proven success in leading and scaling sales teams, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or professional services industry. Deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, KPIs, and CRM-driven reporting. Strong executive presence with excellent negotiation, communication, and client engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive revenue growth. Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
