Join our client located in Lyn as a General Labourer / Utility Worker and play a crucial role in their manufacturing facility What You'll Get:Salary: $21.51 per hour plus 4% vacation pay and a $1.00 per hour shift premium for afternoons, evenings and weekendsWorking hours: Full-time hours working both day and afternoon shifts (rotating weekly)Shift - 7a - 330p & 330p - 12a (Monday - Friday)Shift - 6a - 430p & 430p - 3am (Monday - Thursday)Flexibility to work full time, overtime and all shifts is required to be successful in this roleWhat You'll Do: Stacking finished products to making sure we’re stocked with packaging suppliesEnsure safety requirements are always adhered toPerform tasks as directed in warehousing, shipping and receivingWillingness to work all shifts, including weekendsDedicated team player with attention to detail and mechanical abilityWhat We're Looking For: Attention to details is a mustPrevious experience in food manufacturing is an assetHigh School Certificate or equivalent preferred; one year of experience in the food industry/manufacturing is an assetAbility to safely lift 30-50 lbs. repeatedly while bending and twistingFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays and weekendsCapable of working in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work within a team and independentlyExcellent work ethic and commitment to safety and qualityOur team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
