Kelly is hiring The Technical Advisor supports customers and internal teams by providing timely, high-quality technical support. This role focuses on reviewing orders, resolving technical issues, and helping improve the overall customer experience within the Ontario ECP market. Please note: this is a 1 year contract with a possibility of an extension. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer and internal inquiries within one hour Review and validate customer orders submitted by phone, email, fax, or web Assess order feasibility, manage redos, and support non-adaptation cases Provide technical support for product-related questions, including prescriptions and frame optimization Support Customer Experience teams, Sales Consultants, and internal stakeholders Work closely with lab and technical teams to resolve issues Track daily KPIs related to customer satisfaction Train Customer Experience teams on products, lenses, and new technologies Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Travel to customers and attend seminars as required Qualifications Licensed Optician (required) Minimum 5 years of experience in optics or a related field Strong technical and problem-solving skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience with LMS systems (Optifacts and SCG Calculator preferred) Strong communication and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Team-oriented and customer-focused What’s in it for you?
