Our vision is clear: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology.A Strategic Role at the Heart of LogisticsReporting directly to the Tech Vertical Director, Station Operation & Back Office, the Senior Technical Product Owner, Station Operation & Back Office will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and delivery of Intelcom’s most critical operational system. In this role, you will work closely with both front‑end and back‑end development teams, collaborate with all business units to capture and prioritize cross‑functional requirements, and partner deeply with Business Operations to ensure the system continuously supports, scales, and elevates our nationwide operational performance.Responsibilities• Act as a main point of contact and reference on the assigned portfolioproducts across the organization – be seen as a problem solver, able tochallenge and influence when needed• Capture, document and prioritize product requirements with stakeholdersfrom various other departments including Sales, Operations, Finance,Marketing• Maintain a healthy backlog of features for developers by assembling clearand precise backlog items for the team• Orchestrate technical analyses with the development team to identifyapproaches to solving business problems and propose solutions in line withkey design considerations• Work closely with other teams in the vertical and across the developmentorganization to ensure we're building the best products• Provide visibility and guidance regarding the roadmap progress within theteam, to management, as well as stakeholders• Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies with leadership and a team-player mindset• Form a highly productive duo with the Engineering Manager on the portfolioproducts• Proactively investigate inefficiencies in our systems / processes and suggestimprovement opportunities• Help support efforts to identify and remove technical debt in our existingsystems• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a strongdocumentation corpus for all portfolio platformsQualifications• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, orequivalent practical experience• 4+ years of product management in software environment and passion forsolving complex problems – the ideal profile is someone with strongtechnical acumen and not afraid of conceptual discussions with softwareengineers• Experience with Agile methodologies• Experience delivering complex technology products which require attentionto detail• Strong understanding of modern development practices and planningprocesses• Exceptional organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills• Demonstrated ability to define, measure and analyze processes to identifyimprovement opportunities• A strong taste for innovative projects and a will to learn new technologies /test out new ideas• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.) and commondevelopment paradigms (git, APIs, etc.)• Working knowledge of modern application architecture• Solid documentation skills and backlog grooming skills• Ability to drive the team to success and create bonds with developers, QA,etc.Assets• Certified as a Product Owner, Scrum Master or PMP• Experience in the Logistics SectorWhy Join Us?At Intelcom | Dragonfly, you’ll thrive in a flexible and stimulating environment, surrounded by passionate talent.
