Look no further than Zurich Canada.If you have experience in creating Digital Strategy and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.Zurich Canada is currently looking for a AVP, Digital Integration to oversee the integration of our systems with Brokers, Managing General Agents (MGAs), integrations between core platforms and third-party data services to streamline operations & improve client experiences.Reporting to the Head of IT Core Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital strategy and enhancing our integration capabilities.This is a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and experience for the future in a supportive environment where your voice matters.This is Hybrid role.What you will do -Partner with stakeholders to develop strategy, roadmap and provide delivery insights.Lead the design and implementation of integration strategies that support our digital transformation goals.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build omni-channel digital capabilities for the organization; prompting other core platform teams to make changes within the underwriting, claims, CRM flows and identify & develop solutions that enhance customer/broker experience and operational efficiency.Oversee the integration of full technology stack for seamless data exchange between internal systems and external partners.Establish and maintain relationships with IT teams from partner ecosystem (Brokers & MGAs), and third-party service providers to ensure effective collaboration and communication.Monitor industry trends and best practices in digital integration to keep our systems at the forefront of technology.Manage a team of integration specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.Develop and manage budgets related to integration projects and initiatives.Ensure compliance with data security, integrity, CISO, regulatory standards and internal policies during integration processes.Job QualificationsWhat you bring to the table -Required:Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area.OR Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Information Technology area.ANDInsurance Industry experience.Knowledge of IT standards and policy.People management experience.Preferred:Masters Degree.Proven experience with Mulesoft, including design, development, and implementation of integrations.Strong understanding of integration processes with Brokers, MGAs, and third-party data services.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Our CultureAt Zurich, we are proud of our culture.
