Image Processor

Teranet is currently looking for an Image Processor. You will process all client requests for documents, plans, and abstract images within our established delivery deadlines. You will locate requested documents, plans, and abstracts on paper, microfilm, or digital storage mediums to scan, index, and Quality control the requests for loading into various image database systems.What you will be doing Using tools provided, locate and scan requested images from various digital storage mediums and ensure the images are legible and completeAccurately index scanned imagesScan various sizes of paper plans and oversize documents, ensuring the image is to scale and all information is legible and completeEnsure all documents, plans, and abstracts have the correct number of pages, is legible, no content is cut off and all pages are related to the requestCrop, de-speckle and de-skew images as necessaryInspect images for quality and accuracy of indexing ensuring the departmental quality targets are met.Quality control the indexing of scanned images downloaded by our scanning vendorAccurate time entry skills are required to account for productive and non-productive time on a biweekly basisAbout YouYou have minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalentYou have a high degree of accuracy in interpreting abstracts, books, documents and plansYou are detail oriented, meticulous and able to work consistently at a high production levelYou have sound knowledge of the operation, functions and good computer skillsYou have experience with RTS (Request Tracking System) not necessary but would be an assetMust be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work at a fast pace in a remote environment, exhibiting good organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsYou have knowledge of the Land Registry System an assetYou are self-motivated with the ability to work at a fast pace in a remote team environment and meet deadlinesYou exhibit good organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsYou have a clear demonstration of dependability, initiative, interpersonal skills, job knowledge, productivity, qualityWhy TeranetWe may be a global innovator in electronic services and solutions who operate one of the most advanced and secure registration systems in the world, but we’re so much more than thatOur Extraordinary People.
