SPA ATTENDANT

Position Summary: To provide an immaculately clean and tidy environment for all Spa visitors and Team Members.*Weekend Availability Required*Duties and Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities:Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunityMeeting established up-selling and sales goalsSweep and mops floorsWipe mirrors and picture framesClean sinks, toilets, sauna, and shower areasDust lockers and gym equipmentWipe walls, doors, railings, fencing, baseboards and trimPick-up garbage and empties garbage cansVacuum all areas of Spa and treatment roomsCheck and replaces supplies in washrooms as needed such as toilet paper, paper towels and tissueEnsure the tea and water station is fully stocked at all timesGathers supplies needed to perform job duties such as cleaning solutions, water, rags and spray bottlesEnsure that all laundry items are washed, dried and folded and fully stocked into cupboardsCleans pool areas including stocking and clearing of towelsTake ownership of simple requests and answer general spa and hotel questions when queried by Guests.
