Job Description Apply industry experience and leading practices to architect, design, develop and implement Maximo solutions to support complex business requirements. Collaborate with client business stakeholders to define the business capability, value proposition and goal-based outcomes for each initiative. Lead and facilitate workshops for gathering analysis and documentation of business and functional requirements from various stakeholders. Conduct Maximo Design workshops in complex process design relating to asset management, work management, supply chain and inventory management. Write, review, and approve functional design & specifications documentation as Maximo expert. Research, analyze, evaluate, test, recommend, and present new Maximo solutions, create prototypes, and implement to enhance existing Maximo functionality. Design workflows, reports, and application configurations, automation scripts and validate technical designs. Provide time and cost estimates for analysis and development tasks. Assist in the creation of the delivery roadmap, estimates and project timelines. Support and advise to ensure test strategies, test cases and test scenarios are comprehensive and validate the solution based on the captured requirements. Engage with potential customers to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Actively listen and ask probing questions to gather relevant information and gain a deep understanding of the customer's needs. Lead and contribute to the development of sales proposals by providing technical input, creating solution diagrams or architecture designs, and ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with the customer's requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that the proposal effectively communicates the value of the solution and differentiates it from competitors. Demo product/solutions/proof of concepts- build re-usable demo product/solutions and proof of concepts to showcase the features and capabilities of a solution during customer presentations or demonstrations. This includes designing and developing demos, tailoring the demo to the customer needs, and creating demo scripts and storyboards. Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of the proposed solution. Working closely with Sales and Delivery to ensure the successful closure and handover of Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFI’s & RFP Present to and work alongside various levels of the organization. Technical expertise to answer customer questions, address technical concerns, and provide accurate information about the solution's capabilities and integration possibilities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members both internal to the Maximo Delivery and Operations group and external, including Business leadership and SMEs, IT PMO, and related/integrated IT systems teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline or equivalent work experience. An expert knowledge/understanding of EAM (IBM Maximo). Having experience or working knowledge on SAP PM or other EAM products is a plus. Accredited Business Analysis certification and IBM Maximo certification(s) are an asset. Minimum of 10 years working experience implementing Maximo (release levels 7.5, 7.6, MAS) with 5 years working experience in business analysis. Experience with all aspects of integrating, designing, configuring, customizing (e.g. automation scripting) and testing Maximo applications external systems. Experience with Maximo mobility solutions. Ability to work independently in a team environment, demonstrating innovation, initiative, a customer service focus, positive ambassadorship, and the ability to meet commitments. Interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences.  Passionate about mentoring and building teams. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Must be willing to travel across Canada and the US to work with our clients or potential clients (approximately 50% or more) Capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
