Join Hall Mechanical as a Mechanical Foreman on a full-time, permanent basisYour day-to-day will look like:  Organize & maintain scheduled installations of building mechanical systems To install all materials, equipment, and systems in a proficient and correct manner in accordance with Specifications, Drawings, Site Instructions, Approved Change Orders/Directives. Report directly to Superintendent for mentorship as needed. Diagnoses design issues regarding plumbing, gas, heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems and/or components for the purpose of identifying problems and needs necessary for the design intent to work properly Supervise workers and projects, train or arrange training, coordinate manpower pertaining to the contract with the developer / general contractor Responsible for testing all mechanical systems meeting local jurisdictions and engineer specifications To impart to the Superintendent or Project Management team any efficiencies or cost saving measures felt necessary to maximize project effectiveness. To work in a safe and timely manner and report to the Site Supervisor/PM team any inability to do so. Ability to read an interpret drawings/schematics and specifications as required. Complete projects above the client and company’s expectations Foster and grow relationships Professional and courteous in both appearance and action Self-motivated and the ability to maintain productivity without supervision Set goals and drive their completion You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills: Qualifications: 5 years experience in a foreman or lead hand role. Registered Plumbing Journeyperson. Basic security clearance, clean drivers abstract. Technical Skills: Experienced in Safely working in and around construction sites. Knowledge and skills of industry standard safe work practices.
