Specifically: schedule vehicle service and maintenance appointments through inbound and outbound campaigns explain recommended and required vehicle maintenance to customers contact customers to confirm upcoming vehicle service and maintenance appointments, and/or reserve appointment for missed appointments act as the initial contact for customer concerns/complaints About you…. Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service, including: 1 to 2 years’ proven experience in customer service and/or business development Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written) self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines strong attention to detail; organized and strategic ability to maintain professionalism ability to work independently and with minimal supervision a desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment a proven commitment to quality of work Why choose Zanchin Automotive Group?
