Job DescriptionWhat your weeks will look likeDaily Scrum meetings;Build a relationship of trust with the partner by acting as the main point of contact in your area of expertise;Contribute to the various stages of game design and development within a multidisciplinary production team;Maintain smooth communication with other departments (design, art, production) to ensure optimal integration of the different project components;Bring your expertise to help determine the most appropriate technical approaches to deliver the project and achieve the desired results;Ensure code quality and the application of best development practices (code reviews, testing, optimization);Lead, coach, and support your direct team through continuous feedback and ongoing coaching;Collaborate with your Technical Director (Core Team) to ensure alignment with company standards.In short: a leadership role where you’ll still remain involved technically, with a variety of responsibilities that evolve over time, exciting projects, and FUN every dayQualificationsWhat we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related diploma combined with equivalent experience;Minimum of five (5) years of development experience;Experience as a Lead Programmer or in a similar position;Strong command of the Unreal Engine;Excellent knowledge of C++ and strong optimization skills;Ability to travel outside the country when needed;Strong written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
