Hit Your Goals – Strategically plan and execute sales activities to exceed targets and drive results. Deliver an Exceptional Experience – Educate clients on vehicle features, financing options, and ensure a seamless purchase process. Close Deals & Celebrate Success – Guide customers through test drives, finalize transactions, and deliver vehicles with confidence. Work as a Team – Collaborate with finance, service, and management to maximize customer satisfaction.  What We’re Looking For  Passion for the Automotive Industry – You love cars and helping people find the perfect one. Sales & Customer Service Experience – At least 1 year in a similar role. Energetic & Personable – You make great first impressions and build lasting relationships. Strong Communicator – Whether in person, over the phone, or through video, you connect effortlessly with clients. Highly Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of the game. Team Player & Go-Getter – You work well with others but also hustle independently.
