Qualifications:
Fully licensed Registered Physiotherapists or Chiropractors in Ontario with 1-5 years of clinical rehabilitation and leadership experience. Strong business acumen, with experience managing clinic operations and financials. A passion for mentoring, collaboration, and delivering top-tier patient care. Outstanding communication and leadership skills, proven ability to motivate teams and drive business goals. Completion of advanced physical therapy courses is a strong asset.Key functions and responsibilities:
Performing clinical assessments and implementing treatment plans for clients. Providing ongoing evaluation of client progress and ensuring quality improvement in the delivery of patient care. Responsible for clinic financial and clinical performance metrics. Communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence. Coordinate operational activities with the team and demonstrate a strong presence in the clinic. Engaging in continuous learning, mentorship and skills development. Manage and resolve scheduling issues or changes that arise in the clinic Play an influential role in nurturing a sense of ownership across the workforce so employees feel empowered to use their judgment and experience to make sound decisions.
