Join a collaborative team: Mill Bay Medical Centre is seeking two Family Physicians to join our well-established and collegial group of six fulltime and two part-time physicians. With seven full-time medical practices, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care and work life balance. Located on Vancouver Island, Mill Bay offers the charm of a scenic coastal community with easy access to the urban amenities and specialist services of Duncan (20 minutes) and Victoria (40 minutes). Start Date: As soon as possible Both FT and PT positions available Remuneration: Fee for Service Overhead: Percent of monthly cost or if preferred a 70:30 split Hours of Work: 9am to 5pm closed Sat & Sun Benefits: May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including: Recruitment Incentive: $10, (full-time) Relocation Costs Reimbursement: up to $15, (amount based on location relocating from) Fee Premium: 4.20% Annual Flat Fee: $6,.80 Rural CME: starting at $2,.00/annum in year 3 & 4 to a maximum of $4,.00/annum after 4 years.
