This multidisciplinary internship is for you We have fall internship opportunities located at the Alt Hotel in Quebec City for a period varying between 3 to 6 months starting this summer. WHAT YOU'LL DO Take part in setting up and dismantling the lunch area and meeting and banquet rooms. Perform various reception, delivery, storage, supply or maintenance tasks. Set up the meeting rooms including arranging chairs, tables, audiovisual etc. Welcome guests and assist them as need be throughout the duration of the event. Set up and serve all food and beverages for the events such as breaks, lunch, dinner, etc. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of service areas. Ensure all equipment is stored in the correct manner, in line with all food and beverage/conference and banqueting requirements and health & safety legislation.
