The successful candidate will work within IPG, a company of opportunity and excitement - we are looking for the right candidate to join usWe have an existing opportunity to add a Liability Examiner to our teamRole Responsibilities:Act as an examiner for various Lloyds accounts which involves providing prompt, fair, quality claims service to clientsExamine complex liability claimsDirect Field Adjusters on assignment investigationsSettle claims directly with claimants or their representativesAdminister claims payments/settlements through trust accountsLiaise with all stakeholders to insure client's needs are metQualifications & Experience:While licensing and experience are critical to being able to handle significant examining tasks for a TPA, we are looking for individuals with a demonstrated and proven track record of performance. You will have to be strong technically, a solid planner and organizer, and understand key issues plus provide solid solutions. You will have to be motivated to do this type of work and be excited by the challenges that a rapidly growing organization faces.We will also consider the following:Your education, with relevant post-secondary education being an assetYour completed CIP courses, or working towards CIP designationYour ability to hold an independent adjusting licenseYour 5-7 years' experience delivering relevant claims adjusting and/or examining workExposure to the Lloyd's market would be an assetYour experience positively contributing to a high-performing teamExamples of your strong aptitude and ability to work with technologyYour attention to detail and your ability to communicate professionallyCompetencies:Individual must demonstrate the ability to direct adjusters of all levels and work effectively in a team environmentPreviously demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external associates, written and oral techniquesA positive, “can do” attitude and customer service approach ensuring all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely mannerStrong analytical, problem solving and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to be proactive in identifying and implementing solutionsProven ability to multi-task in a fast paced and demanding environmentExceptional computer skills.
