Job DescriptionReporting to the Associate Director, Genesis, Portfolio Operations, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization in Financial Services.You Will:Operate and oversee reconciliation technology to provide a Gross NAV to all clients including cash, position, dividend and interest reconciliations.Ensure trade processing is complete, corporate actions have been booked correctly, security definitions and pricing is accurate. Take other necessary actions to ensure client portfolio is constructed when requiredOversee any PL anomalies, identify the reasons and solve the problemsReview pricing of portfolios with multiple asset classes, for exchange traded and OTC SecuritiesRespond to client queriesManage the new client onboarding processes, make sure the intake process is completed with the highest available standardsEnsure SLAs are strictly followed, proactively escalate any potential problemsWork with custodians and other third-parties on an ongoing basis and provide feedback to managementCommunicate any operational issues and arise to Associate DirectorMaintain a good relationship with client contacts and respond client queries Take the responsibility of being the point of operations contact for the allocated fundsOversight of reconciliation and data transmission technologyStrictly follow MUFG standards, procedures and controls while performing the job#LI-HybridQualificationsYou Have:University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Math, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experienceCreativity in exploring solutions to improve daily operational efficiencyExcellent knowledge of MS Office ProductsStrong understanding of market practices, accounting methods and P&L calculations of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options & OTC productsPassion to improve processes and increase efficiencyAdditional InformationWhat’s in it for you to join MUFG Investor Services?
