Are you known for your business acumen, leadership, sound judgment, and ability to manage medium to large-scale projects? iA Financial Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Strategy Advisor for its Group Insurance and Savings Solutions division.

In this role, your main responsibilities will be:

Develop and implement business, marketing, distribution, product positioning, and thought leadership strategies.

Take leadership on strategic projects and specific mandates.

Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives and establish performance measurement tools.

Analyze competition and data to identify trends, challenges, or opportunities, and make recommendations for the commercialization and development of group insurance and savings products.

Define customer journeys and the value proposition for products and services.

Lead multi-faceted projects, from planning to delivery, including information gathering, execution, coordination, and approval management, while respecting timelines, budgets, and organizational quality standards.

Provide daily support to the sales force across Canada to drive business development.

Act as a consultant for teams, senior management, and various departments requiring expertise in business and marketing strategies.

Work closely with product managers to define the vision for offerings and the roadmap for projects under your responsibility.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Master's in Marketing is an asset).

8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Intermediate/advanced level in English is required as the person will need to develop marketing strategies, target, position, and define product differentiators with various departments on a weekly basis.

Knowledge of financial products and/or group insurance and savings products.

A global vision enabling you to develop complex strategies and align them with all stakeholders.

Strong ability to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Skills in creating engaging presentations to support strategic recommendations.

Leadership, analytical and synthesis skills, sharp business sense, teamwork, ability to manage tight deadlines, and creativity.

Extensive experience in market monitoring and data analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
