Title: Test analyst / Lead Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 6 Months Introduction Join our dynamic team as a Lead in the Information Technology sector, where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the banking and financial domain. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a strong background in IT QA, functional testing, and software process performance. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Analyst or Lead. Proficient knowledge of IT QA and functional testing. Strong understanding of SDLC, testing concepts, methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.), metrics, and automated testing frameworks. Experience in compiling and interpreting reports. Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications. Strong knowledge of Client ALM Quality Centre, Confluence, JIRA, and testing tools (Git or Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI or similar tools). Experience in the banking or financial domain. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Additional certifications in software testing or related fields. Experience with advanced automated testing tools. Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and coordinate testing activities to ensure software quality. Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.
