Shifts will be scheduled during regular hours of operation between 6am and 8pm, with on call shifts for anything after hours when needed. We want to see you grow and reach your goals The sky's the limit with Executive Aviation.ResponsibilitiesWelcome all pilots, offer great customer service and reply to customer emailsMarshal in aircraft upon arrivalFuel aircraft as requested adhering to WFS proceduresComplete ground services for aircraft (GPU, Lav, Potable Water, Grooming)Manage fueling prioritiesFuel GSE. (ie Diesel Fuel for trucks)Bulk re-fuelers (ie Aviation fuel in truck tank)Handling of FSIISnow removalMonitor aviation fuel levels in the fuel trucks, tank farm and FSSI reservoir and drums.Safely drive fuel truck to larger aircraftRecord gas ticketsComplete quality and safety checks, check for damage and cleanlinessResponding to incoming aircraft requests after hours if needed.Move aircraft in and out of the hangarRe-position aircraft on the rampOther duties as assigned QualificationsMust have valid provincial driver’s license, DZ license an asset Willing to work all shifts (nights, weekends etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAviation/ mechanical experience preferredBackground in gasoline/ fuel an asset
