Communicate with and support other dealership personnel and departments in a professional and efficient mannerMemory requirement for product codes and placement within the warehousePull and fill orders from stockNotifies parts administrator of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attentionOperate non-powered material handling equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, etc.)Responsible for cores, warranties and new part returns as per department policies and procedures with the support of the department managerParticipate in all training and development programs that are made available and attend all department meetingsReport all safety concerns and incidents to your Supervisor/ManagerMaintain a professional appearance and strong work ethicAssist in maintaining Elite Support certificationAll areas of the department are clean, organized, and safeShine maps are relevant and up to date5S audits are completed monthlyCultivate a continuous improvement cultureOther duties as requiredQUALIFICATION:Journeyman Certificate RequiredMinimum 5 years of Parts experienceTruck industry knowledge considered an assetDaimler product knowledge considered an assetAbility to work independently and as a team playerAbility to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work flexible hours to accommodate department demandsAbility to lift to approx. 60 Lbs.Able to operate a forklift is an assetAble to stand for long periods of timeExcellent Customer Service SkillsMust be sales driven, organized, and self-motivated
