Bilingual inside sales representative

We are looking for an experienced and rigorous Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Chambly. This position is focused on account management and not business development. Your main role will be to manage submissions, product research, and logistics for our regular South Shore clients. If you have solid experience in B2B inside sales within the industrial distribution sector and are a team player, this role could evolve into a Team Lead component for the ideal candidate. We are looking for a resilient, positive, and mature individual, ready to make a significant contribution to the Bilingual inside Sales Representative team in Chambly.AdvantagesCompetitive Compensation: Base salary between $55,000 and $70,000 (negotiable upward for a Team Lead profile). Quarterly Bonus: Based on regional performance (up to 10% of target salary). Comprehensive Benefits from Day 1: Group insurance paid by the employer.
