Senior SEO Strategist

Cosmetic Physician Partners is building the premier network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics across the US. By supporting our clinics with a world-class leadership team, market-leading support services, and an iconic brand experience, we deliver remarkable results that improve the lives of our clients and team members.We’re looking for a Senior SEO Strategist to lead organic growth across our portfolio of physician-led med spa clinics. You’ll own the roadmap for technical SEO, local search visibility, and content performance, building strategies that drive qualified organic leads. Working closely with marketing & content, you’ll be responsible for turning SEO into a consistent source of new patients and long-term growth.Core ResponsibilitiesSet the SEO strategy and quarterly rocks, covering technical health, local pack visibility, and content authority to drive qualified patient inquiries.Lead local SEO: Google Business Profiles, listings management, reviews, location pages, and schema to win in map results for priority services.Oversee technical SEO: site architecture, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, crawl/index optimization, migrations, and QA with dev and UX.Build a high-impact content program: keyword/topic strategy, briefs, on-page optimization, performance testing for service pages and blogs.Establish measurement and reporting: dashboards for rankings, traffic quality, conversion rate, and CPL from organic; share insights and action plans with leadership.Qualifications5-8 years in SEO with proven results in growing organic acquisitionDeep experience with local SEO at scale and the tools that power it (Google Business Profile, listings/aggregators, review strategy).Strong technical SEO skill set and comfort partnering with engineers and designers on site speed, structure, and migrations.Proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Looker/Tableau, and one or more SEO suites (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog).Benefits:  Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.  Comprehensive training and development opportunities.  Access to medical aesthetics treatments at discounted rates.  Dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for career advancement.  PI847e26ef4166-30511-38770586
