Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing our business processes, products and systems and suggesting ways to improve. With ongoing and future investments to make our facilities state-of-the-art, we need a strong team ready to face challenges.

A PIVOTAL ROLE ON A LARGE TEAM.

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:

Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and / or knowledge of the use of a project management tool; Know how to show leadership Have an analytical sense and problem solving Demonstrate good interpersonal communication skills (oral and written), with clients and with colleagues (courtesy, diplomacy, and tact) Demonstrate initiative, judgment, great professional autonomy, a good sense of organization and responsibility Have the ability to be creative and analytical in a problem-solving environment Have an intellectual curiosity oriented toward technologies Represent our core values Model Elmwood's core values

BAC in IT/Engineering, administration (business analysis or IT) or other relevant field; Bilingualism both written and oral in order to collaborate with our team in QC (asset) Experience with an ERP system (asset) Experience in needs analysis and business process analysis (asset) Perform other duties as required
