Ability to perform physical work, including standing and handling tools. Ability to work in a hot environment. Adherence to health and safety standards. As a Production Worker (Molder), what will your responsibilities be? Cut various materials using a band saw or a cutting bench according to department procedures. Perform bending, straightening, sanding, and assembly of products using various equipment and machinery. Adjust machinery or molds according to manufacturing procedures. Mold parts to meet established criteria. Conduct visual inspections of products and repair any imperfections. Label, package, and box finished parts.
