And do it all faster and smarter as we combine data science and actuarial expertise to revolutionize how we approach pricing and deliver the best outcome for our customers and strategy.We have a number of opportunities available, supporting different regions, so if you’re ready to help us redesign the way we do business, we want to hear from youWhat you’ll do:Develop predictive models for in depth analyses and improve current model/processCollaborate with Business Development partners on broker initiativesCollate all the analysis from the various centers of excellence to determine pricing proposals for rate changesWork closely with the business and other Teams in Personal Insurance to deliver each region/channel’s mandateResearch and apply both traditional and innovative ways to apply accepted actuarial techniques to business issuesDevelop actuarial pricing techniques that support the regions and provide pricing support for our personal insurance productsPrepare and support regulatory rate filings and document actuarial pricing process and modelsWhat you’ll bring:Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science, Math or Statistics or other related subjectsMinimum of 3-5 CAS examsMinimum 3 years of P&C work experienceFocus on enhancing the customer experienceActuarial curiosity to learn and explore new solutionsStrong mathematical and statistical backgroundStrong problem solving and analytical skillsProficiency in programmingExperience with Python, MS Access, SAS and VBA is an assetWhat you’ll get: The salary band for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000.
