Parts Person

Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Regina location. The Parts Person is responsible for finding and cataloging dismantled units, as well as aiding our Service and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) teams in finding necessary parts, offering pricing information, and processing online parts orders. The position entails executing parts inventory duties that strengthen our Parts Business by supporting our Warehouse & Service operations. This role reports to the Parts Manager, working collaboratively to deliver optimal outcomes for customers. Duties & Responsibilities: • Lookup & Catalogue dismantled machine parts.• Locate parts and other materials for the Service and Pre-Delivery Inspection Teams.• Perform inventory adjustments and bin management to maintain accurate stock levels.• Accurately and completely document all dismantled machine part unit lists.• Utilize parts and warehouse equipment and management systems to support daily operations.• Other duties as required. #LI-OnsiteRequired Skills• Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade.• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.• Strong problem solving skills.• Proficiency in operating a computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively.Required Experience• Previous experience in the parts industry preferred.• Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills.• Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset. • Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade.• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.• Strong problem solving skills.• Proficiency in operating a computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively.
