Hourly Wage: based on knowledge, skills and experience + monthly bonus What your day looks like: Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns. Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps. Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials. Creating detailed work orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics. Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up. Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards. Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.
