You’ll play a key role in managing daily field operations and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of our biosolids spreading programs. Oversee and coordinate daily field operations, ensuring efficient and compliant execution of biosolids spreading programs. Plan, organize, and implement operational strategies to meet project and regulatory requirements. Supervise, train, and support Tractor Operators and Field Operators, promoting a strong team culture and safe work practices. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, environmental standards, and company policies. Monitor equipment, materials, and logistics to maintain smooth field operations. Communicate effectively with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Support seasonal operational planning and respond to field challenges as they arise. This is a dynamic, outdoor-based position with active engagement in daily field activities, taking on meaningful leadership responsibilities while contributing to operational excellence and environmental sustainability. Our seasonal operations may require flexibility in scheduling, including extended hours during peak periods. About You 1-3 years supervisory or managerial experience;Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to motivate and guide field staff effectively with a forward-thinking attitude.Familiarity with agricultural equipment and drag-line systems considered a strong asset.Excellent verbal, written communication and strong computer skills to ensure clear, confident interaction with team members, management, and stakeholders.Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and make informed decisions in real time.Proven commitment to safety, with the ability to model and enforce safe work practices.Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions, weather, and operational demands.Detail orientated problem solver with a positive attitude.Make a Difference with Wessuc  We offer the opportunity to make a difference with the work you do, and to work in a friendly, family owned and operated company that practices its values: Responsibility, Respect, Balance and Joy.
